With over 20 years in the Hospitality Industry in various Sales & Leadership Positions, Jacqueline had checked off a lot of her to do list when it came to achievement. Yet, she found herself deeply unsatisfied and frustrated. The pay, the awards, the recognition – it was all there – but something greater was missing, she felt stuck and grew increasingly frustrated and unhappy.

In working with her own Coach she explored what would bring back the passion, energy and excitement that she once had for her career. Developing a keen sense of her strengths and values, and what would give her purpose and meaning the path became very clear - as a Leader for many years - her strength was seeing the potential in people and fanning that fire, encouraging them to live up to it. This new perspective opened an opportunity - putting her strengths and values to work would result in a fulfilling new career direction as a Professional Coach.

Jacqueline prides herself on a strong ability to uncover and bring forward the best in her clients, enabling them to see the best in themselves and maximize their potential.
