Leading with Vulnerability

Being a Leader, a Parent, or anyone who has influence comes with a lot of vulnerability. Many of us measure our success and our ability to add value by being the one who is always in the know. Being the one who holds outright responsibility for getting it right all the time.

The truth is, we will never know the outcome of anything. We are all vulnerable to circumstance beyond our control. So we are left with only two real options - do nothing, or do something.
